Getting There
Boulder is a 45-minute drive from Denver International Airport along an easy stretch of Highway 36. The wedding festivities will take place in Lyons, which is another 20 minutes north of Boulder. Renting a car would be advisable.
WHERE TO STAY
Please note our weddings is taking place over Labor Day weekend and is also a Home CU Buffs Football game weekend. Therefore, hotels will sell out and we advise booking early! We've secured a discounted rate at the Embassy Suites but have listed other hotels we recommend checking out as well.

We have a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder for August 29, 2025 through August 31, 2025. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate. Parking is $18 per night.

For our adventerous friends we are offering camping on our property during the wedding weekend. Please reach out to us and we can share details about camping!
If these hotels don't fit your needs, we recommend looking into the Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Hyatt Place or on 28th Street along with Airbnb and vacation rentals.
You might be able to find less expensive lodging in nearby Longmont
